Updates to Appointment Process Due to COVID-19
Last Updated March 23, 09:01AM ET
To our Holistic Veterinary Options Family:
We care deeply for our patients and their caregivers and find ourselves trying to make sense of this, hopefully short, chapter in life. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused us to make some changes, effective immediately for our practice. It is imperative for the health and safety of all of us that we follow recommendations for flattening the curve. However, the health and well being of your pets and animals must be a priority as well. Therefore, HVO will remain OPEN but will institute precautions for the benefit and safety of all of us. We are staying in contact with local, state and national veterinary associations for the latest information to keep you and those in your care safe. In order to continue to serve you safely we will be instituting the following protocols. We thank everyone for their understanding and patience during this time. Our goal, as always , is the health and well being of those entrusted to our care. We also are committed to the health and well being of you as well. We hope you are all staying healthy and practicing social distancing for the health and well being of yourself and those around you. We truly are all in this together. Be kind, take time to breathe and take time to be thankful for the amazing animals that grace our lives. In good health, Dr Pam and Sara and Marcel Pamela J Ditonto, DVM Holistic Veterinary Options, PC Ada, MI USA |
